Owen Trinh, DMD![]() From 2018 to 2021, Dr. Trinh served in the U.S. Air Force as a dental specialist and as a faculty member in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas. He has been providing routine periodontal hygiene care, and treating periodontal and implant diseases surgically and non-surgically so that patients can maintain their natural teeth and dental implants. Since 2015, he has been placing dental implants to replace missing teeth and teeth that cannot be saved because of aggressive periodontal disease or severe decay. He is highly regarded for his surgical ability to regenerate gum and bone to help support natural teeth and dental implants. For over the past seven years, Dr. Trinh has given numerous lectures and provided hands-on continuing education courses to local and national audiences. In severe cases that require the reconstruction of one or both jaws, Dr. Trinh has been implementing an All-on-4 protocol where multiple implants are placed in the jaw and restored on the same day with an aesthetic and functional implant-supported bridge, utilizing a seamless digital workflow that involves scanning, designing and 3D printing technology. Regardless of the type of procedures, Dr. Trinh and his team are able to provide patients with either nitrous, oral or intravenous moderate sedation to help patients feel at ease and comfortable during procedures.
